If you have reviewed the sponsorship packet and are interested in more details continue down. Below are the different levels of sponsorship, each level adds more options as you go up. If interested, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page or contact us directly. If these options do not meet your needs, we can create a custom plan tailored to your requirements.

Tier 1 Sponsorships

Dabbler

Sponsoring in the amount of $75 or more will be rewarded with:

Your name (or logo) will be featured in the Tier 1 area of the sponsor page of the RavenCon website.
Your name (or logo) will be featured on at least four social media posts* related to RavenCon.

Enthusiast

Sponsoring in the amount of $100 or more will be rewarded with:

Your name (or logo) will be featured in the Tier 1 area of the sponsor page of the RavenCon website.
A quarter-page-size ad in the ONLINE RavenCon digital program book
Your name (or logo) will be featured on at least 4 social media posts a month* related to RavenCon up till the day of the convention.

Tier 2 Sponsorship

Superstar

Sponsoring in the amount of $250 or more will be rewarded with:

Your name (or logo) will be featured in the Tier 2 area of the sponsor page of the RavenCon Website and will be rotated on the front of the RavenCon website’s front page sponsor area
A half-page ad in the ONLINE RavenCon digital program book
A quarter page ad in the PRINT version of the RavenCon program book or a quarter-page-sized insert will be dropped into all RavenCon attendee’s convention bag. (You provide the ad design.)
Your name (or logo) will be featured on at least 10 social media posts a month* related to RavenCon up till the day of the convention.
Your name (or logo) will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for RavenCon until the 2025 convention is over.
One weekend membership to RavenCon.

Tier 3 Sponsorship

Advocate

Sponsoring in the amount of $500 or more will be rewarded with:

Your name (or logo) will be featured in the Tier 3 area of the sponsor page on the RavenCon Website.
Your name (or logo) will be featured for one year in the sponsorship area on the home page of the RavenCon website.
A full-page ad in the online RavenCon digital program book
You can provide up to 5 QR codes or advertisements for us to prominently display around the Convention. These ads can be up to 20″ by 30″. You must provide the ads, and our convention staff will display them in multiple areas of the convention.
A half page ad in the print version of the RavenCon program book or a full-page-sized insert to be included in all RavenCon attendee’s convention bags. (You provide the ad design.)
Your name (or logo) will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for RavenCon (like Nevermore News) until the end of the 2025 convention.
Your name (or logo) will be featured on at least 20 social media posts a month* related to RavenCon up till the day of the convention.

Champion

Sponsoring in the amount of $1000 or more will be rewarded with:

Your name (or logo) will be featured for one year in the sponsorship area on the home page of the RavenCon website.

Premier Partner

Sponsoring in the amount of $5000 or more you will be listed as a premier sponsor of RavenCon. And your advertisements will take precedent on all other spots.

Your name (or logo) will be featured in the Premier Sponsor area (large logo) of the Sponsor Page of the RavenCon Website .
Your name (or logo) will be featured for one year in the sponsorship area on the Home Page of the RavenCon website and woven into other pages as possible.
You can provide up to 20 QR codes or advertisements for us to prominently display around the Convention. These ads can be up to 20″ by 30″. You must provide the ads, and our convention staff will display them in multiple areas of the convention.
A banner featuring your logo and name will be prominently featured in the convention Registration area. (You provide the banner to be featured.)
In addition to the banner at registration, additional banners and/or posters can be displayed in 2 locations of our choice at the con. (Banners and posters will be provided by you.)
Promotional Fan Table. You will have a table in our Fan Table area in a strategic space that all attendees pass by.
A full page ad in the ONLINE RavenCon digital program book.
A full page ad in the PRINT version of the RavenCon program book or a full-page insert will be dropped into all RavenCon attendee’s convention bags.
Your name (or logo) will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for RavenCon (like Nevermore News) until the end of the 2025 convention.

Play To Win

The Play To Win Sponsorship is part of our 24/3 gaming room. Your company can donate 3 games to be played during the weekend. Any one who plays the games will be entered into a raffle to win the games.

Your donation of 3 or more games will be rewarded with:
- Your name and logo will be featured in the tier 3 area on the sponsor page of the RavenCon Website and be rotated on the main page
- Your name and logo will be featured on the Gaming page of the RavenCon Website as a Play to Win Sponsor
- Your name and logo will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for RavenCon until Early Bird registration starts for the following year. (Nevermore News)
- Your name and logo will be included in multiple Play to Win social media posts up to and through the convention
- By selecting this $0 cash cost sponsorship you are agreeing to pay for this sponsorship by sending games to RavenCon for use in our Play to Win event
- Please fill out the form but do not select a paid sponsorship after you submit. In the comments state you would like to do a Play To Win.

Ultimate Blanket Fort Competition

The Ultimate Blanket Fort Competition is a unique event that is always filled with a large audience cheering on four teams as they compete in a 45 minute competition to construct the coolest blanket fort they can imagine. Contestants can bring all the sheets, pillows, blankets, lincoln logs, fairy lights, stuffed animals, or really anything they want to help them construct the coolest fort. Points are for originality, lighting, design, and theme. There is no age restriction! Adults and children take part. Always a highlight of every con.

Sponsoring in the amount of $600 or gift cards or prizes of equal value or more will be rewarded with

Room Sponsors

Room sponsorships are available across the convention. These include the Rookery, Escape Room, Game Room, Green Room, ConSuite and any other rooms we seek sponsorship for.
