Sponsoring in the amount of $5000 or more you will be listed as a premier sponsor of RavenCon. And your advertisements will take precedent on all other spots.

• Your name and logo will be featured in the premier area (large logo) of the sponsor page of the RavenCon Website and will be permanently featured on the front of the RavenCon website’s front page sponsor area and woven into other pages as possible
• You can advertise via strategically placed QR codes around the Convention. A banner featuring your logo and name will be prominently featured at the registration booth. If possible we will give you a table in our fan table area. This is a strategic area that all guests will pass through on their way to the vendor hall and most programming
• A full-page-sized ad in the online RavenCon digital program book
• A full page ad in the print version of the RavenCon program book or a full-page-sized insert will be dropped into all RavenCon attendee’s convention bags. First premier sponsor may request placement of the ad as interior front cover or interior or exterior back cover. This choice can be limited by a special sponsorship(see below) Second premier sponsor gets the next choice.
• Your name and logo will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for RavenCon until Early Bird registration starts for the following year. (Nevermore News)
• Your name and logo will be featured on ALL social media posts related to RavenCon up till and on the day of the convention
• In addition to the banner at registration additional banners and/or posters can be displayed in 2 locations of our choice at the con. Banners and posters will be provided by you
• Two badges to RavenCon
