RavenCon is a fan-run event and we’re not the only fan group out there. Not by a long shot. When you’re at the convention, stop by and talk to some of the other fan groups that will be here to promote their organizations. We have an entire hall dedicated to promoting these groups.

If you are interested in bringing your fan group to RavenCon 11 in 2016, please fill out a Fan Table Application form.

The 501st: Garrison Tyranus
Garrison Tyranus of the 501st Legion. We are “The Bad Guys Who Do Good” and Lucasfilms Ltd./Disney’s preferred Star Wars costuming group.

Anime Mid-Atlantic
Anime Mid-Atlantic is an annual Japanese animation and culture convention held each year in Virginia. Join us in June for industry guests, artistic and cultural forums, concerts, and all of your favorite anime convention events.

Capital Con DC
Capital Con DC is a science fiction/fantasy literature and art convention hosted in Washington, DC.

DC17 WorldCon Bid/Capclave
DC17 is bidding to host the 75th World Science Fiction Convention. Capclave is a small relaxed literary convention with a program that usually focuses on the short fiction form.

The Imperial Klingon Vessel Swift Strike
A Star Trek/Klingon fan group that although is mostly Klingon, welcomes all species; humans, Ferengi, Romulans, Cardassians, Vulcans, etc. We’re a ship of the Kor Expeditionary Squadron. Qapla’.

MarsCon is the longest running SF/fantasy convention in Tidewater, Virginia. It is held annually in Williamsburg, VA on the Martin Luther King holiday weekend. Drop by to find out about our new hotel! Better parking and larger function spaces. Same great con!

Midnight Frights
Echoing from unknown corners of the Byrd Theater, central Virginias #1 midnight movie host Armistead Spottswoode brings you forgotten “classics” from Hollywood (and parts beyond!)  on your Community Idea Stations. Check your local listings!

MystiCon is a family friendly, weekend-long science fiction, fantasy, and horror convention featuring authors, artists, and media guests held during the last weekend of February every year at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood in Roanoke, VA.

NekoCon/ROFCon Event Support Solutions, Inc. (ESSI) is the corporation that hosts conventions in the Hampton Roads area, including NekoCon, Ring of Fire Con, and FursonaCon.

The Phantom Players
The Phantom Players is a film and stage company devoted to all things Phantom and will be the host of PhantomCon as well as producers of the new Phantom-based TV show, Coney Island.

Poe Museum
The Edgar Allan Poe Museum in Richmond holds the world’s largest collection of Poe’s possessions, manuscripts, letters, first editions, and memorabilia housed in a four-building complex surrounding a Poe Shrine and Enchanted Garden. The Museum has a full schedule of intriguing exhibits and fun events like the annual Poe Birthday Bash and the monthly Unhappy Hour.

Regal Cinemas
Regal Cinemas will be at RavenCon to promote all the great new genre movies coming out this year.

The Royal Manticoran Navy
We’re the local chapter of the Royal Manticoran Navy, the Official Honor Harrington Fan Association.  We share an interest in the works of David Weber, charity work, conventions, and generally having a good time.

The Museum of Science Fiction
The mission of the Museum of Science Fiction is to create a center of gravity where art and science are powered by imagination.

Sci-Fi Photo Guys
Cosplayers spend hundreds of hours and sometimes thousands of dollars bringing their dreams to life. Sci-Fi Photo Guys provide them with a photo worthy of their time and dedication.

The Society For Creative Anachronism
Welcome to the Barony of Caer Mear, located in the Laurel Kingdom of Atlantia! We are part of the Society for Creative Anachronism, a nonprofit educational organization focused on research and re-enacting the middle ages. We are interested in the clothes, food, art, sciences, martial arts and the pagentry of tournaments and court from the years 600 a.d. to 1600 a.d.

USS Chesapeake
The USSS Chesapeake is the local chapter of Starfleet International. Since 1974, Starfleet has provided Star Trek fans a way to meet each other, make friends, have fun, and give back to their communities.
