Technical Specifications
Ads need to be sent as 300 dpi digital files (jpg, tif, eps, pdf).
All ads are black & white.
Deadlines
Space reservations must be made by March 14, 2014.
Ad submission, Artwork, and Payment Due must be received by March 31, 2014.
‘Swag’
Flyers, bookmarks, business cards, postcards:
- To be placed in bags: $50
- To be placed on Swag Table: no charge
If the item can hold some intrinsic value (pens, bandanas, badge holders, candy, etc.) it can be placed in bags for no charge.
All swag must be received by April 18, 2014. If this is a large or express package, please email promotions@ravencon.com and let us know the package is coming (so it doesn’t get wet!). Ship to our P.O. box address if using USPS. Please contact us if you are shipping via UPS or FedEx for street address information.
